This Unexpected Shade of Blush Looks Good on Everyone

Blush is one of those products where you either love it or hate it-there's really no in-between.В I personally don't feel that my makeup look is complete without a pop of color on my cheeks, and I love trying bold, bright colors as well as different formulas. So when Lorac's Color Source Buildable BlushВ ($22) landed on my desk, I couldn't wait to take it home and test it out.

The blush is quite striking in the pan-it's an incredibly vibrant purple that appears almost unsuitable for the face. Suffice to say, I was a tad skeptical about how it would look on, but after dusting it lightly on my cheeks with a big fluffy brush, I was amazed at how well the color worked with my skin tone, which got me thinking: Will this color look good on everyone? I solicited the help of some of my fellow Byrdie team members so give it a test drive. Keep scrolling to see how it worked out!
